Job Description

BAE is searching for an Oracle eBusiness Suite Techno/Functional Analyst in our York, PA location towork closely with various stakeholders to accurately definecomplex problems. Understand their business needs andrationale, as well as how it fits into the overall enterprise.Understand the Oracle EBS functionality in use, includinginterfaced third-party systems.

Act as a face of IT to the customer and the face of thecustomer to the Development teams and IT management.

Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyzeagainst available capabilities, perform gap analysis andtranslate into technical specifications for solution design.

Present alternatives for requirements and solution designand suggest improvements in business processes.

Work with development team to ensure desireddeliverables meet expectations. Assist in solutiondevelopment and bug troubleshooting.

Translate documented requirements into test scenariosand test scripts. Conduct first-level unit testing and support end-user testing.-BeginFragment->

Create training materials and system documentation.

Provide estimates on the impact and cost of the requestedchange.

Project coordination of medium sized projects.

Create ad-hoc queries and scripts to analyze data andsupport operational requests.

Provide operational support, troubleshoot defects andresolve issues using various tools including internaldocumentation, My Oracle Support knowledgebase andinteraction with Oracle Support via the SR process.

Coordinate application changes, both custom programsand Oracle patches/upgrades.

Possess excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

Must be highly organized with excellent technical,analytical, problem solving, presentation, communicationand decision making skills and be able to interface with alllevels of management, functional and technical team.

Preferred Location: York, PA. but position is open toremote worker.


Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

8 Years Oracle e-Business Suite R12 functionalknowledge with Supply Chain (Purchasing, iSupplier, Sourcing, iProcurement) modules.

General functional knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing, Finance and Projects modules.
