BAE Systems Inc.: As a Sr. Financial Data Warehouse Enterprise Architect , you will provide Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) experience to lead and support a project to develop a Financial Data Warehouse that will consolidate available financial data, with future reporting needs for a major federal government client.
You will provide architect an enterprise solution to check the pulse of ongoing enterprise data needs, so that the most appropriate data collection and storage protocols are in place to address all known business requirements. You will review, assess the full impact and potential benefits of concurrent data centralization and standardization efforts to the business processes and reporting requirements for OCFO of a major federal government agency.
As the Enterprise Architect you will participate as a team member in Agency s Enterprise Architecture (EA) working groups, provide EA technical support to the program, assists in the development of technical documents and Enterprise Architecture (EA) work products and assists in the development of Systems Architecture (SA) work products.
You will provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments; establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. With your domain and expert technical knowledge you will direct and control activities for a client, having overall responsibility for methods and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Your interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management and decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
Your will provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines in accordance with the strategy and goals of the organization. Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy.
You will advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development; Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization; advise of feasibility of potential future projects to management.
You will track current plans that will require IT resources, monitors and reviews the success of systems and ensures efficiency and effectiveness, recommends future computer system technologies that will help in the improvement of business in the organization. Integrates IT solution systems for the business with the existing client systems.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically, a Masters Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience related to the required skills section
Required Skills and Education
Must have a Master s degree from an accredited college or university
12 years of relevant experience related to the Job Description
Must have expertise in OBIEE, Application Express (APEX) and ETL products such as Informatica Enterprise Suite
Must have Federal Financial management experience (preferably with Oracle based systems)
Must have prior experience managing a financial system implementation within the federal government
Must be able to demonstrate a strong oral and written communication with presentation skills
Must be able to demonstrated project management skills to include: Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Risk Management, and Schedule Management
Must be able to develop and author Project Charter, Concept of Operations, and other PM artifacts
Must be able to demonstrate you are a selfstarter
Must be able to demonstrate your experience serving as a trusted adviser to CSuite government executives, Expertise with all Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and MS Project, and Working knowledge of SharePoint for project communication and tracking.
