Job Description

BAE Systems has an opening for an outgoing multi-INT analyst who can evangelize the Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) methodology.

Successful candidates will focus on the utilizing exploitation systems and analytic methodologies in a team based environment. Candidates must have familiarity with innovative special project ABI capabilities and methods for conducting a variety of operations. Successful candidate will be a creative, out-of-the-box systems thinker who can develop customized training courses and deliver them to users across the IC. Candidate should have a familiarity in training delivery of data integration of multi-INT sources, i.e.: SIGINT, IMINT,etc.

Major responsibilities include:

Assisting team members in developing and delivering curriculum for cutting edge intelligence systems and tradecraft. Attending software developer meetings to provide analytical input and perspectives. Deliver user input and enhancement requests to the development team. Understands and documents user needs and lessons learned for the training and development teams.

Supporting an advanced analysis cell with on-site training and analytic augmentation. Assisting analysts in data curation/preparation. For example; may spend time creating watchboxes for intelligence tipping. Providing on-site training of ABI methodology and exploitation capabilities for multiple customer sites. Documenting the tradecraft to produce new products and implements this in teaching/training.

Provides subject matter expertise in support of software demonstrations with the analytical perspective supporting the engineering achievements.

Typical Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Must possess a minimum of six years experience working directly with GEOINT analysis within the Intelligence Community or DoD.

Experienced analyst with a Geo-spatial analyst/GIS/all-source background; experience with producing intelligence for customers and providing training for small groups of users with diverse work roles.

Preferred Skills and Education

Proficient in utilizing advanced geospatial and all-source intelligence applications to support analytical efforts and product development:

ArcGIS, Black Wolf, Palantir, RemoteView, NES.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and needs little direction to complete tasks. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), familiarity with web browsers Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Chrome.
