BAE Systems Inc., the pioneer in FMV analysis, is looking for driven candidates to join our PED program. As an Analyst, you will be heavily focused on developing and delivering PED training, in a classroom setting and on-the-job. In addition, to exploiting video footage collected by various ISR platforms, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior analysts to develop their understanding of the mission, tradecraft, and relevant intelligence as a partner to the United States Marine Corps. The schedule is primarily day shift, but can flex depending on operations, ad-hoc training needs, and augmenting to maintain relevancy of the mission.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

  • Basic Intelligence Course

  • At least 10-years of full-time intelligence experience (relevant Bachelor s degree can count for 4-years and Master s for an additional 2-years of experience)

  • Advanced video exploitation and an intermediate-level understanding of sensor capabilities

  • Successful completion of a 40 or more hour military, educational, or commercial instructor course, or the willingness and ability to successfully complete a 40-hour Instructor Training Course, within 6 months of hire

  • Advanced knowledge of PED operations - JQS certification process, and PED positions

  • Course development experience - development of learning objectives; methodologies of lecture, demonstration, and practical exercise

  • Ability to deliver training to up to 15 intelligence professionals in a formal and ad-hoc setting

  • Produce imagery-derived graphic products/stills, video segments, target logs, and publish for distribution.

  • Working knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), ArcGIS, RemoteView, GoogleEarth, GXP products,and other GEOINT related programs

  • Provide technical solutions to problems that are consistent with customer and BAE Systems organizational objectives.

  • Perform all tasks with minimal oversight and direction.

  • Excellent analytical writing and communication/briefing skills

  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Experience in Marine Corps curriculum/course development

  • Familiar with Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) processes and publications

  • JQS or related certification
