BAE Systems Warehouse Material Handler in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

Pulls kits for production, receives incoming materials. This involves verifying quantities on hand, lot traceability, climbing warehouse ladders, scanning bar codes with hand held scanner and physically pulling parts off shelves and labeling and packaging them (9 hours per day). Updating transactions and running reports on the computer (1 hour per day). Must also be Forklift certifiable.

Required Skills and Education

Position requires the basic knowledge of Inventory Control. Responsible for the proper receipt, storage and issuing of materials in support of daily Stockroom operations. Requires one year of warehouse experience or a related field.

Certifiable Forklift operator.

Preferred Skills and Education

Must have experience with computers and the ability to work with numbers and to preform accurate detailed counts of materials.

High School/GED or equivalent education/experience.
