Job Description

Prepares, develops and coordinates the complex CNO Integrated Production Schedules in accordance with Navy Standard Items and scheduling procedures. Integrating the schedules at the activity, location, system, and milestone levels.-?xml:namespace prefix = "o" /->

Provides planning and scheduling analysis to Project Teams and Management to ensure completion within the schedule contract requirements.

Generates, maintains, monitors, analyzes & submits reports (Internal Progress, Earned Value, EAC, S Curves, 009-60 Navy Standard Items reports, and weekly Executive level reports as required) providing data to the Team indicating schedule impacts or possible recovery/mitigation issues that may arise to the Project Team.

Attends, assists, and collects data in meetings such as Production Progress, MARMC Government Progress, and Conference Reviews.

Responsible to maintain and provide historical data for Schedules, Milestones, Metrics, Charts, and identified issues

Team oriented; works well with others and has the ability to fluctuate working hours of self and personal workload to satisfactorily complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail and at times short notice.

Able to accomplish other duties, as required, to support the BAE business function and direction.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Good communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills-?xml:namespace prefix = "o" /->

Moderate use of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook

Proficiency in Legacy systems such as IMS/SRDAP, COGNOS, Internal Reports(EAC, EVM, Progress Logs, S Curves, and manning charts

Moderate use of Deltek Open Plan or other scheduling software

Proficiency in reading and knowledge of blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and other technical references

Familiar with NAVSEA Standard Items and Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual

Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group

Preferred Skills and Education

Associates degree and 3 years of related experience or 5 years of directly related experience in areas of industrial shipboard repair and production planning.-?xml:namespace prefix = "o" /->
