BAE Systems Test Process Specialist in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

This job will focus on supporting a microelectronics manufacturing factory during the weekday day-shift (first shift). The role's primary responsibility will be to ensure that the manufacturing execution system (MES) Solumina is appropriately set up and clear for the manufacturing work force. There may be aspects of generating the documentation; however, the primary goal is to ensure that non-conformances are clearly and accurately documented. This will include, but is not limited to, working directly with test technicians, engineering assistants and product engineers to transcribe microwave module test and inspection failure and rework descriptions into Solumina, effectively documenting engineering change orders to material that is already in progress, communicating any stoppages or non-conformances in the product flow, or other essential communication that needs to be established to work that is already in progress within the factory test cell. This role will be a central point of contact for all test operations personnel for everything related to Solumina/MES for this microelectronics factory.

Windows based software Experience

Word Processing (Microsoft Word) Experience

Manufacturing Support either through direct build experience or support

Concise and Clear Communication both written and verbal

Effective Teamwork Experience

Solumina Software Experience

Microelectronics / Chip and Wire experience

Mixed Model Factory Knowledge

Troubleshooting or Disposition / Rework Instruction Experience

Basic familiarity with common electrical components
