BAE Systems Senior Principle Program Quality Engineer in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

This position is the Quality Lead for the Production/Production Nonrecurring efforts across the AEWS suite of programs. This position is to support an overall AEWS business area approach to production nonrecurring and production recurring efforts to support the growing Firetip family of programs including the programs that leverage Firetip hardware, SW and FW. These programs include NS75, Paragon, NS65, B2 and new potential business. AEWS production is ramping up to 3X and 4X current rate over the next 4 years while transitioning to the new EW-IMC production line. This team is collaborating across the business to work issues at a higher level instead of the individual program approach. This will be key in driving more affordable products across the portfolio with a laser focus on Zero defects on items we make, and items we buy. The Quality Lead for this effort will be responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent Quality flowdowns across non-recurring and recurring efforts as programs transition into production.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Must have experience in facilitating and performing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.

Must have strong knowledge of AS9102 FAI requirements.

Preferred Skills and Education

Knowledgeable and skilled in use of TipQA modules, Solumina, I-Portal queries, and Quality Assurance modules within the Oracle System.

Knowledge and familiarity of ES policies and Desk Instructions
