BAE Systems Process Technician II in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

Process Technician needed for multi-purpose cross-functionality within a cleanroom environment proving Separate, Pick, Inspection and module development. Potential roles include: operating dicing saws, wafer spinners, UV exposure units, in-process receiving inspections, using microscopes, solder reflow machines, x-ray, auto pick and place machines, bonding soldering etc...This role will include supporting equipment maintenance and repair, and supporting manufacturing throughput. Must be able to multitask, respond to changing priorities, support continuous improvement initiatives, following engineering process instructions, safety and compliance requirements, and adhere to AS9100 operational requirements.

Required Skills and Education

-Good manual dexterity - ability to handle sensitive semiconductor wafers

-Ability to work with both low and high powered microscopes

-Computer skills to be able to learn and use various Manufacturing Execution Systems and other software

programs

-Familiarity with AS9100 and applicable MIL-STD inspection criteria for semiconductor devices; Familiarity

with MIL-883

-Familiarity with safety procedures and personal protection equipment used in typical

manufacturing environments

Preferred Skills and Education

  • J-STD-001 and/or IPC-610 certification(s)

  • High school or equivalent education

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in high precision cleanroom manufacturing
