BAE Systems is seeking a Principle Process Development Engineer to join the Advanced Microwave Product Center (located in Nashua, NH) as a Process Development Engineer in the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry.

Successful candidates must be able to lead team efforts in process development in a multi-technology foundry environment. The candidate should have a background in semiconductor process integration as related to III-V materials. Knowledge in GaN RF devices and related processing is highly desired. Multi-tasking is expected in our fast-paced environment with delivery commitments to both internal and external customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Track history of hands-on III-V semiconductor process development
Ability to multi-task, functioning both as individual contributor and as team leader in multiple projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform job functions in wafer foundry clean-room environment
Preferred Skills and Education
MS in semiconductor related fields and 4 years of work experience
Broad experience in plasma processing, photo and/or electron-beam lithography, including working knowledge of related semiconductor process equipment
Experience with GaN-based power or RF device processing highly desired
Background in statistical data analysis and interpretation
Experience with JMP software
Experience with PROMIS software
US citizenship preferred, clearance eligible
