BAE Systems Operations Program Specialist in Nashua, New Hampshire
Assists multiple Operations Program Managers on multiple project(s) and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Assists in the day to day management of projects. Interfaces with Factory Leadership and Project Leadership to ensure smooth processing of product. Has direct interactions with the Supply Chain team to prioritize material receipts to maintain factory flow.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Excellent written and verbal communication skill; Experienced in MS Office;
Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with TipQA (or similar); Solumina (or other shop floor tracking systems); Oracle (or other MRP based systems); Tableau (or other data mining tools).
