BAE Systems Operations Program Manager III in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

This AEWS Operations Program Manager III will support manage critical, complex development programs with transition to production requirements in parallel with development. These programs will also collaborate with other OPMs and Programs within AEWS due to leveraged designs and program tech roadmap interconnections.

Seeking a self-motivated, independent individual with interest in expanding areas of responsibility for large/critical development program.Ability to problem solve and critical / logical thinking is a must. Must have exceptional communication across all levels of business and ability to work in collaborative team environment.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Experience with Operations Program Management responsibilities, Cost Account Management, Supply Chain Systems, Processes, and Procedures. Preparing Proposals. Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Skills and Education

Oracle MRP experience, however, any MRP experience with similar tool is a plus. Ability to problem solve and critical / logical thinking is a must. Must have exceptional communication across all levels of business and ability to get along with others. Experience with Microsoft Office is required
