The F35 Program is undergoing a significant ramp with a new technical insertion called DTIP. This technical challenge requires skilled and experienced leadership to grow and sustain a team of Engineers in order meet this increasing rate. Staffing growth and overcoming significant schedule/technical challenges are key aspects of a successful candidate for this role.
