BAE Systems Electronic Systems Sector is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Strategy & Planning and their leadership teams. This HR Business Partner (HRBP) position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.

This role will partner with the Business Development and Strategy and Planning leadership teams in the following areas of Human Resources:

  • Achieve desired business outcomes through planning and execution of HR practices and programs.

  • Influence management to consider people impacts in all aspects of business planning & decision-making.

  • Create a culture that supports the strategy for business growth.

  • Coach and advise management on the design and development of their organizations to maximize organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the ES Talent Management & Diversity Manager, Talent Solutions and Talent Acquisition to identify and deploy programs that will enable objectives to be met.

  • Guidance and coaching to leadership in the delivery of recognition and rewards programs to maximize use of resources and to support reward differentiation.

  • Create data driven HR metrics that provide solutions and recommendations to management.

  • Leadership of roll-out and delivery of HR programs and initiatives to your assigned customer communities and their Leadership teams which may include diversity & inclusion; wellness; performance improvement, employee opinion survey; reductions in force; etc.

This position will not be limited to being located in Nashua, NH as we will consider filling this at any major Electronic Systems major location.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
