BAE Systems Functional Training Specialist in Nashua, New Hampshire
This position will provide various functional training support to the ES Quality function which includes, but is not limited to the following: represent Quality on the ES Functional Training Working Group and complete all assigned actions on schedule; maintain the Functional Training Profile (FTP) and associated system logic to drive requirements; monitor/track/publish compliance against the FTP and communicate status to employees and management; conduct demand management of Quality-owned training courses and schedule sufficient class offerings to meet the demand; monitor cross-functional demands of Quality training requirements; provide support to instructors; assist with training related concerns which may require troubleshooting; monitor course registrations; input training completion and waivers; support iLearn system upgrades via acceptance testing and identifying and supporting improvement opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally with the ES Sector Training Manager and the ES Functional Training Leads; support development and publication of online training; provide program coordination to ES employee development programs in which Quality employees participate support training audits as requested by providing necessary input to internal and external auditors.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
This position requires strong communication skills - both written and verbal, a customer service mindset, ability to interface skillfully with all levels of employees, and must have strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills and abilities. Prior experience within a training organization and with the iLearn system is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Education
Prior training and development experience and the ability to create e-learning training is preferred.
