Job Description

Will work small ($5-20m) proposals related to production and production non recurring efforts. Help plan and execute production programs and support production non recurring efforts. Work/lead affordability and zero defect initiatives. Work with / monitor critical F35 suppliers regarding R2R, quality, affordability and zero defect initiatives.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience

Manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate and execute a project or portfolio of projects. Ensure projects achieve financial, schedule, technical and delivery objectives. Participates in the support of new business and financial plans for the business area and the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership and execution skills. Strong leader in ethics, safety and security.
