BAE Systems Engineering - Release & Control in Nashua, New Hampshire
BAE Systems US Defense is seeking an energetic Engineering Release & Control resource to assist with program engineering processes and applications.
Export Control administration: Interacting with Supply Chain and other resources requiring assistance in the Export marking coordination on Drawing Prints and other PDM documents that require adherence to our Export Control policy.
SharePoint administration: Extranet management of internal and external users, which include: user vetting, annual renewals, and maintenance of external user credentials to avoid disruption with supplier access to Supplier Portal, websites, and PDM Workspaces. Working closely with SharePoint POCs and BAE Systems Supplier Buyer requests. Management of all user internal and external in PDM Workspaces, Supplier Portal, TipQA, York Database, DOORS and the many SharePoint sites.
Program related: creating user accounts in numerous databases, working to solve shipper discrepancies prior to shipment as well as post shipment with the Billings department. Input of Master CIVR information, as well as updating of revisions with ECO releases. Produce daily downloads from PDM. Produce weekly labor reporting. Synchronize reliability data daily.
Assists with PDM related enhancement/migration/upgrade initiatives.
Contracts: coordinate/manage program contract deliverables including IUID (Item Unique Identifier) reports and well as EEL (Electronic Equipment Logbook files).
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
