We are looking for a senior manager to lead our development programs within the electronic warfare systems engineering organization. The successful applicant will lead over 100 systems engineers supporting the $1.5B Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area within the Electronic Systems Sector. ECS develops and delivers the world s premier Electronic Warfare Systems and is headquartered in Nashua, NH.
Reporting to the ECS Systems Engineering Director, your responsibilities will include:
Leading ECS systems architecture design and systems engineering content, and managing a highly talented systems engineering organization of >100 systems engineers.
Leading ECS systems architecture review boards and partnering with program and executive management to ensure ECS programs meet all cost, schedule and technical requirements.
Attracting, developing and retaining the systems architects and engineers critical to support our rapidly growing business.
Ensuring Systems Engineering bids are executable and meet price-to-win targets.
Supporting the continuous improvement of the enterprise s systems engineer processes.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience

DoD Secret Security Clearance
Outstanding leadership and management skills, including:
Leading large technical organizations and projects.
Demonstrated ability to attract and motivate teams.
Strong mentoring, coaching, collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions based on limited or ambiguous data.
Experience leading geographically and culturally diverse teams.
Outstanding engineering background and experience in:
Systems Engineering standards and practices
Understanding of Air Warfare Missions and Electronic Warfare domain knowledge.
Application of Systems Engineering, Program Management, and Product Development for DoD customers.
Preferred Skills and Education
Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
Subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare products and applicationsPreferred Education:
Master s degree in Systems EngineeringAdvanced Technical Degree, Master to PhD
