BAE Systems Eastern Region HR Leader in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

This critical role will serve as a member of the leadership of the Electronic Systems human resources operations organization shaping strategy, setting standards, and enabling the advancement of our HR service delivery model. Additionally, responsibilities include the following:

Responsible for compliance for all states within the region (currently 10 states)

Partnering with Legal, responsible for effectively and compliantly managing/oversight of:

Employee Discipline

Employee Terminations

Employee FML, ADA and other leaves

for employees in the eastern region (approximately 9,000 employees and growing)

Lead, coach and develop HR staff (approximately 17 HR professionals)

Ensure optimization of HR service deliverytools and processes

Implement and ensure enhanced onboarding to optimize new hire (and hiring manager) experience

Monitor employee relations analytics and ensure standards are achieved

Working with other senior leads, create a unified human resources face to the customer

Ensure the progress of increased proactive employee relations and enhanced service delivery

Partnering effectively within an HR Shared Services enviornment

Individual may be based out of Manassas Virginia, Greenlawn or Endicott New York, Wayne New Jersey, Nashua NH, or Burlington/Lexington MA

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills and Education

Large company experience - preferably with a defense contractor.
