BAE Systems Sr. Principal RF Researcher in Merrimack, New Hampshire
The Sensor Technology Group is seeking a Sr. Principal RF Researcher to support programs and pursuits within our advanced development environment. Technologies include RF micro-electronics, antennas, phased arrays and aperture-embedded digital processing for multifunction RF systems.
Researchers support group objectives by applying technical skills and mentoring to multidisciplinary project teams. Lead smaller proposal and programs to develop plans and execute within agreed schedules and budgets with minor supervision. Must have deep technical expertise and also perform as an individual contributor or technical lead. Have ability to support multiple ongoing efforts. Long term career paths can lead to program management or technical subject matter expert.
Typical Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Degree in engineering or physics, cost account management experience
Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a US Secret Clearance
Preferred Skills and Education
New product development, proposal writing, customer interfacing, digital array design, conformal antenna design, wideband RF systems experience, risk management, DoD experience
