BAE Systems Integration and Test Systems Engineer in Merrimack, New Hampshire

Job Description

BAE Systems Electro-Optic and Threat Warning Solutions division is seeking Integration and Test Systems engineers to support lab testing and field testing of EO/IR systems.

Lab testing will be supported through shift based testing in our labs in southern New Hampshire. Field testing and data collection events will occur in CONUS locations specified by our primary customers in the US Army and other US Government entities.

Responsibilities also include writing test plans, test procedures, conducting integration testing, conducting data analysis and supporting formal test events to include preparing Test Readiness Reviews, Informal and Formal Dry-runs and Formal Qualification testing.

Other responsibilities include developing Systems Engineering work products such as Concepts of Operation, Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Analyses, Trade Studies, etc.

Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, and eager to support where and when support is required.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem solving abilities.

Desire to continuously improve one's skillset.

Experience in Integration and Testing of Hardware solutions.

Secret Clearance is required.

Preferred Skills and Education

  • EO/IR Field Test Experience

  • FAA Flight Certified/Ability to obtain

  • Ability to travel

  • Ability to work shift work as required

  • MBSE
