The FAST Labs business area is the innovative research and development engine within the Electronic Systems (ES) Sector of BAE Systems that helps drive research efforts for leading academic and DoD research organizations by iteratively building systems and demonstrations that show customers what is possible. Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

  • Plan the System Engineering effort in accordance with internal process requirements.

  • Review and understand system level requirements and determine compliance of the system.

  • Test and Integration experience

  • Experience with Use Case and Requirements Development

  • Work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and inter-personal skills

Preferred Skills and Education

  • SEM experience in defense related programs.

  • Experience as a Cost account Manager (CAM).

  • EO/IR experience is a plus.
