BAE Systems Advanced Warning Systems Program Manager in Merrimack, New Hampshire
Program Manager to support program efforts within the Advanced Warning Systems (AWS) swimlane of the Optical EW Systems product line within the Survivability and Targeting Solutions Business Area. This position reports to the AWS Swimlane Director but will directly assist such programs as the Limited Interim Missile Warning System (LIMWS) and the Common Missile Warning System (CMWS):
Manage a large ($10M ) production line-level, multi-swimlane, multi-year capital project effort
Accountable for the overall performance of a project (cost, schedule, technical and customer) with the authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to successful project execution.
Manage a diverse, multi-discipline engineering team with high efficiency.
Coordinate with program OPMs to ensure order and receipt of required project material
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects.
Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.
Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company.
Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.
Excellent communications skills and customer interface experience required
Directs and monitors work results for meeting customer requirements, specifications and quality assurance standards.
Regularly evaluates performance of assigned project tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objectives using company standard metrics.
Ensures that work statements are adequately defined and that staffing requirements are correct
Skilled in risk and opportunity management
Active Secret clearance
