Job Description

Work in the exciting realm of Space Computers! Our site designs, manufactures, and provides computers for many of the satellite companies in the United States.

This position is a leadership role heading-up small, dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams who work together to initiate, produce, and deliver the Space Flight quality Space Computers to the US space community.

Additional description of the Operation Manager III position:

  • Oversees and manages the Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.

  • Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills.

Preferred Skills and Education

PMP certification

Familiarity with Oracle, PDM, Solumina

Familiarity with space flight Circuit Card Assembly manufacturing specifications, practices and quality
