BAE Systems is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hudson, NH

BAE Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Professional to manage a planning team that supports a growing product line. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the planning process, previous experience managing direct reports including training, development and performance management, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, the Supply Chain Manager will preform the following tasks:

  • Interface extensively with internal Program, Operations and fellow Supply Chain representatives.

  • Create and drive improvement plans to achieve Product Line and Business Area goals and objectives.

  • Work cross functionally to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements.

Exposure to formal root cause and corrective processes as well as Lean Six Sigma concepts would also be helpful in this role.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience - a majority of this experience should be in supply chain

Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills

History of successful people management

Working knowledge of MRP

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proven problem solving capabilities

Preferred Skills and Education

Oracle ERP environment
