BAE Systems Senior Quality Engineer in Hudson, New Hampshire
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer who would be excited to join a leading top tier global aerospace and defense enterprise as part of the Survivability, Targeting and Sensor Solutions (STS) Quality team working at the Hudson, NH facility.
Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished material product. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment, and conducts quality assurance tests. May be certified in lean and six sigma quality methodologies and utilize quality tools to help drive continuous improvement.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent
Must have 4 years of experience in the role of Quality Engineer during the design and manufacturing phase of the project
A minimum of 4 years of experience using Microsoft office and Internal Quality Root Cause and Corrective Action Systems
Must have experience working directly with customers
Preferred Skills and Education
Working knowledge and experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection, Product Process verification, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis and Production Part Approval Process
ANSI 14.5. GD&T Certified
Green Belt Certified
IPC 610 certified
