Location: Hudson, NH

The individual will function as the Financial Planning and Analysis lead for the Precision Guidance Sensing Solutions (PGSS) within the Survivability, Targeting and Sensing Solutions (STS) business area. The PGSS Product Line is a rapidly growing area with significant demands on the FP&A position. The individual will be a direct report to the PGSS Product Line Finance Director.


  • Analysis of quarterly forecast, operation plan and IBP updates

  • Hyperion support to the PGSS finance team

  • Preparation of the CFO, QBR and IBP presentations for all Product Areas within PGSS

  • NBF, SOA and capital management and reporting

  • Lead overall PGSS salient tracking and management process

  • Analyze EAC positions with feedback to Programs

  • Financial charts for monthly STS Program Reviews

  • Contribute Financial Leader for Strategic decisions within PGSS

  • Special Assignments as assigned

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior FP&A experience

  • Hyperion / Smartview and AdHoc

  • Program Finance knowledge

  • Strong analytical abilities combined with the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and support analyses to various management levels

  • Good negotiation skills and an excellent ability to positively confront and challenge

  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

  • The ability to question assumptions and be able to evaluate and express these as potential risks or opportunities

  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with challenging deadlines

  • Secret level clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor degree and 8 years or a Master degree and 6 years of business experience
