BAE Systems ISR EW Operator / Trainer / Maintainer in Hudson, New Hampshire
BAE Systems is lookingfor an ISR EW Operator / Trainer / Maintainer to provide technical support to the assigned engineering / program team for the development, test, evaluation and deployment of complex special purpose ISR systems. Primary responsibilities include evaluating system performance, transitioning new systems/capabilities to operational units, support flight test, generate test procedures, methods, and plans, perform system troubleshooting and maintenance, and train system operators.
Act as on-site/location POC for CONUS/OCONUS operational/testing/training support. A contributing team member working cooperatively with other engineering personnel in a Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) development environment. Tasks include evaluating system performance with respect to target emitter characterization, identification and geo-location while operating in a manner consistent with the mission s concept of operation.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Active TS clearance.
Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience or Associates degree and 6 years or High School/GED and 8 years experience.
Must have recent experience with airborne emitter geo-locating systems, tactics, and operations including the development and use of technical documentation supporting the design, test and operational phases of the project.
Provide Contract Field Service Representative (CFSR) support.
Long term temporary duty (TDY) to Fort Bragg, NC with short term TDY deployments to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Military Avionics / EW Maintenance experience to include system troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair.
The ability to create test plans supporting flight evaluation and system deployment.
Demonstrated proficiency in the generation of detailed, actionable test and evaluation reports is a must.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training and certification programs.
Experience in establishing and maintaining classified networks and responsible for the operation of airborne emitter geo-location equipment during operational flight, maintenance and test events, in support of CONUS and OCONUS deployments.
Preferred Skills and Education
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
At least 5 years of recent experience with Special Operations Airborne ISR systems preferred.
Have recent certification for Airborne Active GEO-Location operations.
