BAE Systems ALCS-R Electronics Engineer in Hill AFB, Utah

Job Description

BAE Systems is offering exciting opportunities providing engineering support to the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile ICBM) Program Office. The ICBM Systems Directorate is replacing the 50-year old Airborne Launch Control System (ALCS) which provides survivable launch capabilities to the Minuteman III (MMIII) system and is projected to support any follow-on MMIII replacement. Team members will directly support the government in the execution of the Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction phase in which two Prime contractors will design and test prototype solutions; one Prime contractor will be selected for the follow-on Development phase. Team members will assist the Government with writing technical acquisition documents and reviewing contractor deliverables.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Preferred Skills and Education

One year experience in defense programs within industry or government.
