BAE Systems CI/HUMINT Analyst in Yongsan Garrison,

Job Description

Located South Korea the successful candidate will provide specialized CI/HUMINT analytical support to our customer to identify and assess CI threats to fulfill critical intelligence requirements and assist CI/HUMINT collections, investigations, operations, and defensive programs. The successful candidate shall provide moderate to complex CI/HUMINT support and apply analytical techniques through research, review, evaluation, organization, and assessment of intelligence related data focused on activities, personalities and entities of CI concern. A major focus of this position will be to produce and present related assessments, pertinent findings and responses to requests for information in an appropriate format. The candidate should be adept at constructing HUMINT collection requirements in support of combatant command requirements. The candidate should be able to develop and maintain working relationships with other CI/HUMINT counterparts across the IC to coordinate requirements and participate in national and international conferences, meetings, exercises, and working groups.-?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /->

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Bachelors or Masters with 4-6 years of intelligence experience, or specialized training and 4-8 years of intelligence experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Credentialed SME in related field.

Preferred Skills and Education

CI/HUMINT experience at the Brigade or COCOM level Excellent reading comprehension skills and the ability to quickly identify key information Detail-oriented with proficiency researching, analyzing, and prioritizing information Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Basic computer skills, including a willingness to manipulate multiple applications and databases Willingness to successfully complete mandatory training courses and periodic quality assurance reviews Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines Experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
