BAE Systems Master Planner in Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Job Description

Support scheduling efforts to ensure program technical, cost and schedule performance objectives are achieved.

This position will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of an Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule (EIMS).

Responsibilities include resource loading schedules, analyzing resource requirements, schedule risk assessments and performing critical path analysis and schedule health checks.

Support to management and customer reviews.

Working with the functional organizations, develops realistic, detailed schedules and conducts critical path analyses to support program planning and continuing performance evaluation using company Integrated Master Planning & Scheduling standards.

Provide scheduling support as required on proposal efforts.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

Ability to create fully integrated resource loaded schedules.

Identify critical path in small to large complex programs

Understand EVMS concepts and procedures

Understand IMS and PASEG best practices

Interpret program requirements via multiple sources (RFP,SOW,WBS)

Good communication skills and the ability to interact with program teams to assist in development of WBS and IMS

Able to provide status reporting and variance analysis

Preferred Skills and Education

Primavera, MS Project, Risk Analysis software (Risk or similar)
