Be a Change Champion within the team, working with the team to make changes to existing processes and help navigate them through approvals with our customers.
Lead and participate in PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Development and Reporting software expert (MSBI, FLX, Oracle, Apex, excel)
Ensureplanningsand processes meet requirements
Ensure execution toplanningsand processes meet requirements
Customer interface focal point, including leading various manufacturing audits.
Overall focus on compliance and process improvements.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems (FLX), Oracle, MSBI, Apex (SQL)
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to learn program specific requirements and processes as well as site requirements and effectively implement them in daily job duties
Ability to lead PFMEAs on various manufacturing processes
Team centric approach to solving problems
Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) Manufacturing
Experienced with AS9100 Quality Systems requirements
