Job Description

The Soldier and Vehicle Electronics (SVE) Finance team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Control Analyst to join the Electronic Systems Survivability, Targeting & Sensing Solutions SVE finance team in support of the Family of Weapon Systems-Individual (FWS-I) programs. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs) events and completion of related financial statements, managing cash flow, supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and the Integrated Business Plan. This individual will be expected to provide regular communication and presentation of financial data to senior leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner,develop relationships as a full business partner with respective Program Managers/Directors, support business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making. In addition, this person will be periodically developing business case analysis, supporting proposal activity, and acting as the primary point of contact for all financial matters related to the assigned program area.This Senior Analyst will be expected to influence the program team to minimize risk and maximize return of program profit through management of financial salients and program execution. In addition, this individual willensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Mastery / Working knowledge of Project Data, Iportal, Excel pivot tables and filtering, hyperion and all associated Program Control tool set.

Preferred Skills and Education

People skills include the ability to effectively communicate upwards and laterally across multiple functional organizations.
