BAE Systems Program Analyst in Arlington, Virginia
This BAE Systems program supports our federal customer who plays a key role in providing direct cybersecurity support, coordination and communications to all Federal Executive Branch agencies. This program interacts with various government agencies, federal Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) to help transform Federal Government cybersecurity risk management through effective collaboration, operational governance and training, and providing meaningful metrics and assessments in support of agency decision making. We will assist in the development of innovative approaches to drive change in cybersecurity risk management across the federal government to prevent or minimize disruptions to critical information infrastructure. As part of this team, you will contribute to the assessment of current cybersecurity systems, policies, and processes to enforce standards and identify vulnerabilities and capability gaps, and to synthesize this data to reduce cybersecurity risk of our customer networks.
The Program Analyst will provide analytical consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation. Analyze and review budget, schedule, and other program resources. Identify resource shortfalls and make corrective recommendations. Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements. Review the business and system, software and system integration requirements to ensure the requirements meet the program needs.
Consider alternatives and develop recommendations. Identify, communicate and resolve risks. Identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project. Research and analyze resource material. Monitor system tests; reviews test results; identify project issues.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education

Candidates should have experience in the following fields: Advanced Analytics, Cyber Performance Analysis.
Preferred Skills and Education
Experienced in collaborating with IT managers to define performance challenges and design performance measurement solutions to inform management decision making.
