BAE Systems Mid-Level All-Source Analyst in Kuwait

BAE Systems is seeking motivated individuals who want the opportunity to support the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). These positions will be located in the CJOA which could include: Iraq, Kuwait, or Jordan. Some positions will be ARMED.

Global Analysis and Operations currently has openings for Mid-Level All-Source Analysts to support various analysis and production cells and teams throughout the CJOA.

Mid-Level All-Source Analysts develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting, construct link diagrams, develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reporting, and perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested.

Additionally, they will prepare provincial and district assessments, campaign and mission analysis briefings and annexes, High Value Individual Targeting products, Extremist and Regional Threat Network Nodal Analysis. They will also prep daily fused assessments using IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT products.

Responsibilities also include performing all-source intelligence analysis related to military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability as well as researching, developing, presenting, and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills And Education

Education - Associate's Degree OR four years direct relevant experience

Experience - Four to six years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent such as USMC - 0204, 0210, 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy - Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF -1N7X1 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N4X1 Intelligence Fusion Analyst

Clearance - Required

Special skills or qualifications -

Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development

Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250 word minimum) with resume

Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills

Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-I requirements

Deployed experience

(FOR ARMED POSITIONS ONLY) Able to qualify with the M4 rifle and M9 pistol using basic military marksmanship standards

(FOR ARMED POSITIONS ONLY) Able to carry a 60-lb pack in the field and the M4 rifle for self defense
