BAE Systems Supply Chain Planner II in Nashua, New Hampshire

Implements and supports long-term supply chain strategies that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth. Supports business execution to ensure supply plan aligns with demand plan. Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. In this role, the planner will identify continuous improvement and process improvement opportunities for program team. The planner will facilitate flow of material through a given factory and can troubleshoot bottlenecks.

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills And Education

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

  • ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)-Understand manufacturing Bill of Material (BOM), inventory accuracy implications, and manages key ERP system records to ensure balanced supply and demand

  • Possesses understanding of procurement and planning process steps

  • Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
