BAE Systems Supply Chain - Manufacturing Production Control in Nashua, New Hampshire


  1. Maintains job progress and status records and notifies supervisor of impending delays or serious difficulties affecting production and commitments.

  2. Responsible for the coordination of product movement within or outside the focus factory.

  3. Prepares status reports on work in process and materials on order.

  4. Reviews all pertinent paperwork prior to presentation of product to Quality Assurance for Customer Acceptance.

  5. Prepares shipping documents, coordinates shipments.

  6. Anticipates or responds to material shortages due to lost, damaged or defective material in order to prevent work stoppages in area of responsibility.

  7. Maintains accurate records by updating applicable data bases, which provides status of product and material to the Supply Chain group

  8. Ensures that engineering change orders affecting parts and material are incorporated into products by effective date.

  9. Creates material requisitions as needed.

  10. Utilizes mainframe applications such as Solumina, Oracle, PDM, and TIPQA to perform daily tasks.

  11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Proficiency with Solumina, Oracle, PDM, and TipQA. Good understanding of MS Office.
