BAE Systems Senior Process Engineer - Shift flexibility in Nashua, New Hampshire
This position is forour WEEKEND NIGHT SHIFT which works 36 hours in 3 days from Friday 3PM to Monday Morning 3AM getting paid for 40 hours. This position will have full process responsibility for all product moving througha specific workcell inone of our Microelectronics Manufacturing Factories that produce Microwave and Millimeterwave products for military-grade aerospace products. Principle focus will be on delivering solid process engineering support to our workforce. Process coverage could include automated component attach using epoxy technology, orautomated gold wire and ribbon bonding. Cost reduction activity will also be a necessary element that will help some of our programs realize cost savings that will allow them to meet cost objectives.
Minimum Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills And Education
Applicable experience in a Microelectronics factory is highly desired. Product knowledge using epoxy component attach and high temperature solders, thermosonic wire and ribbon bonding, substrate attach using film epoxy,and other elements of Microelectronics manufacturing technology also desired. Familiarity with Electrostatic Sensitive Device (ESD) class zero, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention techniques. Capable of working hand-in-hand with the assembly workforce to product a compliant, leading edge technology product. Work as part of a support team with other process engineers who support this weekend shift
