BAE Systems Principal Process Sustainability Engineer - Photolithography in Nashua, New Hampshire

BAE Systems is seeking a Principle Semiconductor Engineer to join the Advanced Microwave Product Center (located in Nashua, NH) as a cell lead engineer in the etch and PECVD deposition area of the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. The candidate should have a strong background in semiconductor process as related to III-V materials. The cell lead's responsibility includes: M ove production lot per schedule and per budget; Ensure FCSs and PROMIS scripts are current and updated; Regularly m ake sure that all technicians are trained, cross-trained and certified; * Continuous Process Improvements using SPC, DOE techniques; * Yield improvements, cycle time reduction, cost reduction and processes consolidation; Work with advanced engineering group on new technology development. Multi-tasking is expected in our fast-paced environment with delivery commitments to both internal and external customers.

Hands-on experience in III-V semiconductor process.

In-depth working knowledge of RIE/ICP etch processes, PECVD deposition and process controls. Ability to multi-task, functioning both as individual contributor and as team leader.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to perform job functions in wafer foundry clean-room environment.

GaN MMIC fabrication experience.

MMIC fabrication experience.

  • BS in semiconductor related fields and 8 years of work experience; or

  • MS in semiconductor related fields and 6 years of work experience

  • Experience with JMP software

  • Experience with PROMIS software
