BAE Systems Methods Specialist 3 in Nashua, New Hampshire

Analyzes, determines and plans the sequence of operations to develop written, itemized procedures and associated visual aids to be followed by production operators in routine manufacturing processes of complex electro-mechanical assemblies. Trains other employees in these functions. Will be primarily focused on LoTac process plans but will be expected to flex to other programs when necessary. Will need to work with Process Engineering to incorporate process updates and ECOs.

Required Skills And Education

Requires a High School diploma or its equivalent plus up to one (1) year of specialized instruction in electro-mechanical technology and at least six (6) years of directly related experience in developing efficient and economical manufacturing processes to build electro-mechanical equipment. Should have some familiarity with authoring plans in Solumina.
