BAE Systems ACSSO in Hudson, New Hampshire

Selected candidate will be the Alternate Contractor Special Security Officer (ACSSO) reporting to the Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) in Hudson, NH. Candidate will work closely with security management and assigned program staff on all aspects of special program and SCIneeds. Tasks include, but not limited to: interpret and enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel. Interface with program managers and maintain liaison with US Government security oversight representatives. Provide prime/subcontractor support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD Form 254's, standard operating procedures, emergency action plansand other security guidance. Develop and revise program level security plans, contract deliverable products,procedures and instructions. Provide classification guidance to employees, develop and provide security education and awareness training onquarterly and annual basis, conduct security briefings, program indoctrinations/debriefings, support security self inspections and audits, and investigate security incidents. Support to other security disciplines with SCI and SAP program to include: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Assurance (IA), Communication Security (COMSEC), Document Control, and Visitor Control. Candidate must be able to respond to after hour alarms.

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills And Education

Required education: Bachelor Degree or 8 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree. Must be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
