BAE Systems Security Rep II in Burlington, Massachusetts
Individual will work under the guidance and direction of theBurlington Security Manager. The assignments of the Security SpecialistIIare focused on administering a robust security program for several projects in multiple locations. The assist the CPSO with implementing all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, Vols 1-4, and exhibits the dedication and expectation of a seasoned security professional while working and making decisions independently without direct supervision. Theselected person shouldworks as a team player, exhibits flexibility, sets priorities, and manages customer expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They willinteract with internal and external customers and/or Government security officials in performance of security duties.
Additional assignments include: physical security, information security, security education and awareness, document & media control, Top Secret Control Officer,personnel security, data transfers, visitor control, maintain security files, handle & processing classified documents, and other security support activities as assigned by the Security Manager. Prepare and conduct Program Security Awareness Briefings, develop security plans, goals, and objectives to comply with existing directives and future requirements. Interpret and provide classification guidance to employees, participate in self-inspections as well as CSA reviews, and investigate security incidents. Support other security related tasks as assigned by the Security Manager. Will work in a securedenvironment and may work extended hours and weekends. Local travel, throughout the local area, as well astravel to the Southern New Hampshire region will be routinely required. Other travel may be required on a limited basis.
Minimum Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
